Login with single sign-on

When you use the my Bell Food Group app for the first time, you can conveniently log in via single sign-on (SSO). For the next steps, you will need your personal user name and password. If you do not yet have your login details, please contact your HR department.

If you have previously logged in with a QR code or personal password, please refer to the section entitled ‘Preparation’.

  • Preparation

    Have you been logging in with a QR code or personal password? Then you need to take a small step to switch to the improved security and convenience of single sign-on.

    To use single sign-on, you must first log out. To do this, click on “More” in the bottom right-hand corner and scroll all the way down to find the logout option. Then follow steps 1-3.

  • Step 1

    After opening the app, please click on ‘Single Sign-On’.

  • Step 2

    In the next step, you will be greeted by a Microsoft login window. First, enter your email address here.

    Important: For this and the next step, you will need your personal user name (this is the email address you are currently entering) and your password. If you do not yet have your login details, please contact your HR department.

  • Step 3

    In step 3, enter the password you received.

    You will then be asked to set up ‘multi-factor authentication’ (MFA for short). This is important for security reasons and protects your account. Please follow the steps below.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

At Bell Food Group, we attach great importance to data security. That is why we rely on multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is a simple and effective way to increase the security of your account. It reduces the risk of security breaches and protects both business and private data.

A simple password is still vulnerable to fraud and data misuse. MFA increases security by providing an additional authentication method and effectively deters hackers.

Please follow the steps below to set up MFA.

  • Select ‘I want to set up a different method’ to set up SMS as your second authentication method.
  • Select ‘Phone’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Select ‘Confirm’ to finalise your selection.
  • Enter the phone number you want to use, select ‘Code via SMS’ as your authentication method, and click ‘Continue’ .
  • Microsoft MFA will send an authentication code via SMS to the phone number you provided. Please check your mobile phone for the authentication code. Enter the code you received in the text field provided and select ‘Continue’ to proceed.


Congratulations, you have successfully set up MFA via SMS.

my Bell Food Group offers you centralised access to all important applications – with just one account. Within the app, you will find a clear list of your available apps. It's that easy to access your applications:

At the bottom of the screen, you will find the my Bell Food Group navigation bar. Now tap on the ‘More’ menu item on the far right.

In the ‘More’ section, you will find your profile, settings, and links to important applications and documents. Scroll down until you find the application you are looking for.
